Report an issue
Use the contact page and include the page URL, disputed statement, supporting source and the date you observed the issue. Do not send sensitive gambling, financial or identity information.
Assessment
The editorial team checks the cited source, seeks a stronger primary source where possible and records whether the issue is an error, a clarification or a later change in external information.
Publication
Material corrections receive a visible note and updated review date. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note when they do not alter meaning.
